It is suggested that you bring a copy of this email to the conference.

If you have not received a confirmation email, but believe you should have, please:

Online Voting Update (2013)

72 additional e-ballots were sent prior to Oct 5 for those whose new/renewed membership had been processed between Sept 20 / Oct 1.

Those who haven't received an e-ballot, but renewed/joined on or before October 1, 2013, should send an email to elections@koreatesol.org

Those who renewed/joined after October 1 may vote at the conference venue.

Dear members,

Please find attached the Bylaws Amendment proposal which should have been attached to the ABM notice of Sept 13.

The secretary apologises for the lateness of this document dealing with proposed bylaw amendments, to be discussed at the 13th of October ABM. No intentional concealment was intended, and as the issue is a sensitive one, where the council wishes to be as open as possible in such matters, please consider the issues carefully in preparation for the ABM, where this can be discussed more fully.

Venue: Gemma Hall at Sookmyung Women's University.

National Council Meeting 31 August

The National Council of KOTESOL will be having their last meeting before the 2013/14 elections, at Injaegwan (part of Sukmyung Women's university) on the 31st of August 2013, starting at 10.30.

All members are welcome to attend as observers, and are invited to do so.
