Welcome to the KOTESOL Diversity page!
This is an initiative that has been undertaken to celebrate the beauty of culture, language, accents, race and gender relations, educational backgrounds, nationalities, identities, opinions and all other divergent factors that make you unique and, by extension, makes us special! We are anchored by the principles set forth in the KOTESOL Code of Conduct.
There will be many different undertakings that shall be made to fortify the committee’s endeavor to explore and unpack the phenomenon of diversity, with a particular emphasis on how this applies to the profession of teaching English as a foreign/second language in Korea. We welcome you to join in as we go on this journey of discovery and exploration!
