Updating Your KOTESOL Profile [Important]

Not Receiving Your TEC?
Are you a KOTESOL member but not receiving your member copy of TEC (The English Connection)?
The most likely reasons for this are all related to the mailing address in your online KOTESOL account profile (under the "Edit" tab):

— The address is your old address before you moved.
— The address contains errors in spelling or numbers.
— The address has information missing (e.g., postal code).
— The address is incorrectly formatted.
— The address in not the new Korean road-name format.
— Two or more of the above.

MCALL SIG Seeking Tech Reviews and Lesson Plan Ideas for Website!

The Multimedia & Computer-Assisted Language Learning (MCALL) Special Interest Group is seeking media-, technology-, and website-related reviews and lesson plan ideas for publication online! We would like to start a new monthly "Tech Highlights" feature on the KOTESOL website. Reviews and activity suggestions should be 300-600 words long and should include links to the tools or websites you reference. For additional information, or to submit your insights and opinions, please email the MCALL coordinator.

Calling all presenters! The Jeju Chapter needs you for our upcoming Spring Workshop!

The Jeju Chapter is looking for a speaker to present at our spring workshop on Sunday, March 27, 2016 from 3 to 5 p.m. This workshop will be focused on new teachers to Jeju Island and Korea. We would like to hold a two hour workshop where we discuss Korean education culture during the first hour and practical review games and activities in the second hour. We are offering a 150,000 won stipend to help cover travel and lodging expenses.
