Fellow Conference Participants,
Some of you may opt to travel to the conference on your own and at a time of your preference. Should you arrive at one of the three preferred locations (Ga-gyoung Bus Terminal in Cheongju, O-song KTX Station, or Jochiwon Train Station), the National Conference Committee will afford you, free of charge, shuttle services to and from the conference venue at the specified times.
Detailed instructions will be found on this page shortly as to where exactly each shuttle bus will wait for you and who you can expect to help you find it. To assist you in booking your travel plans, here are the times designated to ensure you make it to the venue on time:
o Gagyeong Bus Terminal-KNUE direct – 9:15am pickup
o Jochiwon Station-KNUE via Osong – 9:00am / 9:15am pickup
o Jochiwon-KNUE direct – 9:25am pickup
o KNUE-Osong-Jochiwon – 6:15pm departure
o KNUE-Gagyeong – 6:15pm departure
For those participants who shall engage in the networking reception we will assist in obtaining call vans and call taxis to take you to the social dinner or other location. Again, we will do our utmost to make your travel as smooth as possible.
