Since the establishment of the KOTESOL Technologies Committee (TechComm) in July 1998, the primary objective of the Committee has been to facilitate the operations of KOTESOL through technology. TechComm is responsible for KOTESOL website system design and Internet activities, database development, hardware/software management, and multimedia programs.
