Abstract
This study sets out to explore the perceptions and experiences of secondary school teachers of English as a foreign language (EFL) in Indonesia in relation to the integration of information communication and technology (ICT) into their classroom practices. I will focus my investigation on the perceptions and practices of EFL teachers concerning the integration of ICT, the ways and to what extent they are being supported in the school environment for the integration, and how they perceive the support. I will employ a mixed methods approach that integrates quantitative and qualitative data collection methods using online questionnaires and dyadic interviews. Participants in this study will be EFL teachers teaching in upper public secondary schools in Bengkulu province, Indonesia. This study will build on previous research and provide additional knowledge that can be applied in the secondary education sector about the integration of ICT, particularly concerning EFL teaching practices.
