Presenter Registration Fees

  • In-person or hybrid (Zoom) presenter conference pass: 100,000 KRW (80 USD)
  • Video-only presenter conference pass: 60,000 KRW (48 USD)
  • LMIC resident (eligible low-/middle-income country) presenter conference pass: 60,000 KRW (48 USD)
  • Official conference volunteer (pre-approved KOTESOL member) presenter pass: 60,000 KRW (48 USD)
  • Undergraduate student (currently enrolled in an associate's or bachelor's program): 30,000 KRW (24 USD)

 

Membership Fees*

  • 1-year international membership: 70,000 KRW (56 USD)
  • 1-year domestic membership: 50,000 KRW (40 USD)
  • 1-year UNDERGRADUATE student membership: 30,000 KRW (24 USD)
  • Lifetime membership: 500,000 KRW (400 USD)

* All presenters (including co-presenters) must be KOTESOL members.

* You must be logged in to view the form below. * We can accept payment by bank transfer (KRW), PayPal (USD), or Wise (KRW) only. Payment details are on the final page, under "Order Complete" (or here for handy reference). Please include your ORDER NUMBER on all transfers. Note: PayPal accepts credit cards in most countries. If you want to pay by credit card but don't have a PayPal account, email registration@koreatesol.org. Just tell us your order number, and we'll send an invoice via PayPal that will offer card as an option, event without a PayPal account.

* Presenting and publishing with KOTESOL is a perk of membership; thus, ALL PRESENTERS (including co-presenters) must register, and ALL PRESENTERS (including co-presenters) must be KOTESOL members (with membership valid through May 31, 2026). In short, anyone who wants official credit for this presentation must be a member and must register. You may purchase or renew your membership during the registration process; just add a membership to your shopping cart on Page 2 of the process. 

* You can also add a ticket to our Saturday (5/16) evening passed hors d'oeuvres dinner, The Social @KOTESOL2026, during the order process (on Page 2).
