As an economizing measure, the National Council has decided not to schedule a face-to-face Council meeting this autumn. A number of items of business have arisen that need to be acted on before international conference time, the end of this term. As provided by the Bylaws, these are being handled electronically, and as are all Council meetings, this process is open to KOTESOL members.
