How do I become a KTT trainer?
You must be a current KOTESOL member with experience of delivering five presentations in KOTESOL. Express your interest to ktt@koreatesol.org and the KTT Coordinator will request an observation of your next presentation. After observation, the KTT Coordinator will approve your membership into KTT or decline and offer feedback for improvement. Rejected applicants can reapply after 12 months for a new observation. Note: If the KTT Coordinator has already watched one of your presentations prior to application, the observation requirement may be waived.
How do I stay a KTT trainer?
You must maintain KOTESOL membership, reside in Korea and deliver at least one presentation at a KOTESOL event every 18 months i.e., at a chapter workshop or a conference. KTT trainers must be established and active in KOTESOL.
