October KOTESOL Meet-Up Update

Hi Gwangju KOTESOL friends!

We were planning a coffee chat/dinner around mid-October, somewhere between Gwangju and Mokpo, where a few members live. One member at large suggested October 11 in Hampyeong.

However, with the busy Chuseok/harvest holiday, bus tickets are already selling out fast, making travel difficult for some of us.

Instead of an in-person gathering, we’d love to try something different: a photo-sharing reflection day.

How to participate:

• Take a photo on October 11 that captures something meaningful from your day, your teaching, or your personal reflection this season.
• Share it in our Gwangju KOTESOL Facebook group with a short caption about what it represents to you.

This is a small way to connect and reflect together, even if we can’t meet in person. Let’s celebrate the season, our teaching journeys, and our community through images and shared stories!
