Getting Organized: A Practical Guide to Google Drive for Language Teachers

Struggling to find that perfect worksheet you created last semester? Tired of endless scrolling through unnamed documents? This hands-on session will transform your Google Drive from chaotic to organized.

We'll start with the basics—accessing Google Drive through your Gmail and navigating the interface—then move into practical organizational strategies that work for language teachers. Together, we'll create folder structures, organize existing materials, and develop naming conventions that make finding resources effortless.

But this isn't just a how-to session. We'll also collaborate as a group to share organizational strategies that fit the unique demands of language teaching: managing multiple levels, tracking student work, organizing authentic materials, and keeping curriculum resources at your fingertips.

Whether you're new to Google Drive or simply ready for a fresh start, you'll leave with a personalized system and actionable techniques to keep your digital workspace working for you.
