The Diversity Committee and Financial Affairs Committee chairs were confirmed by the National Council at their meeting in Daegu on December 1, 2019, while the others were confirmed in a brief National Council meeting immediately following the 2019 KOTESOL Annual Business Meeting (ABM) on October 13 in Seoul.

Travis Frank is a South African English teacher who has been teaching in Korea since 2016. He holds a Master of Arts in TESOL degree from Woosong University and is intent on progressing onto doctoral studies in the near future. His research interests encapsulate exploring literature as an intercultural communicative bridge, as well as examining the extent unto which ESL textbooks embolden unfounded stereotypical sentiments of cultural and racial superiority.
Allison Bill has been a member of the Jeonju-North Jeolla (JNJ) KOTESOL chapter since 2002. She has served in many capacities in the organization and is currently the JNJ KOTESOL chapter president. She lives in Jeonju, where she teaches in the English Language and Culture Department at Jeonju University.
Lindsay Herron, a lifetime member of the Gwangju-Jeonnam Chapter of KOTESOL, has been chair of the Membership Committee since 2014. She teaches at Gwangju National University of Education.
