Abstract:
In the wake of the global social justice movement, BLM, this event is to discuss strategies to include in our overseas classrooms. Through breakout groups, instructors at all levels will have the opportunity to reflect on their practices. As we all aspire to educate tomorrow's leaders, it is imperative that we keep them up to date on the global issues that plague the world. In doing so, it helps to support one another in times of emotional crisis. This event will be small but beneficial; a means of opening the conversation surrounding how authentic we are with our students. All instructors are encouraged to attend!
