In accordance with the KOTESOL Constitution & Bylaws, KOTESOL will be holding the Annual Business Meeting (ABM) online on Sunday, November 1, starting at 3 p.m. All members are invited to attend! During the ABM, any proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws will be voted upon by all members in attendance. Please submit any proposed amendments (along with five endorsements from other current members) to the KOTESOL president by September 30 to be distributed online and electronically (via KOTESOL News, our email newsletter) 30 days prior to the ABM.
The Bylaws can be amended by a 3/5 majority vote of the members present at the ABM, while the Constitution can be amended by a 2/3 majority vote of the members present.
