The 2016 Annual Business Meeting will be held during the 2016 KOTESOL International Conference. All members, current as of October 16, 2016, are welcome to attend and vote on key issues. The agenda is below.

1. Call to Order and Roll Call / Procedural Matters

• Attendance/verifying which attendees are allowed to vote; all members, current as of October 16, 2016, are permitted to vote.

5. Amendments Proposed to the Bylaws

• Current Constitution & Bylaws
• Proposed amendments
• For each of the three Motions for Amendment to the Bylaws, up to 10 individual members may address the motion for a period of up to 60 seconds each, before a microphone at the front of the assembly. Speakers in favor of and opposed to the motion will alternate.
